Chicken Rice
Ready in 15 minutes
Serves 5 to 6 Servings

Ingredients
Chicken - with skin pieces or without skin- 2kg
Organs - Liver/Lungs/gizard 400 to 500gms
Water
Turmeric- 1 tea spoon
Ginger- ½ tea spoon
Tips
Turmeric - good for the immune system and can fight ticks.
Ginger- Tick preventive and better immune.
Salt and Sugar should be completely avoided as it will hamper their overall health.
Please give one serving of special oil like My Beau which is effective for the overall skin and hair of the pet. Oil is essential for the pet.
Preparation
Rinse the Chicken and organs together.
Put it in a pressure cooker
Add water - one liter or more, the chicken should be completely merged in water
Add turmeric -1 teaspoon
Add half a teaspoon of completely crushed ginger.
Let it cook for two whistles in medium flame, lower the flame and two more whistles until the bones get soft. Switch off the flame. Let it cool organically. Open the lid and the chicken is ready.
Once ready, add chicken as required in the bowl, make the chicken boneless and and take boiled rice as required. Mash them together, add in some virgin coconut oil/olive oil/butter/ghee a tea spoon over the food and yes its ready to serve.
